Goodbyes with goodies 10. September 2025

#concert experience design

At the end of a concert, the audience leaves what has hopefully become a magical space and returns to everyday reality. This transition is often abrupt – the lights come on, the doors open, and the hall empties at breakneck speed.

We have tried to make this moment more enjoyable: by distributing small goodies at the exit – for example, a sweet that relates to the festival name – a moment of reflection and a small, personal encounter can be created. This allows the concert experience to linger in the room a little longer.
